SearchInform experts participated in the annual exhibition that unites all European developers and clients of information security systems. This year the event was held in the Olympia exhibition center, gathered 4,5 thousand visitors and 320 exhibitors. One of the stands was taken by Skolkovo residents, among which, particularly, there was OOO SearchInform. Chief Executive Officer of SearchInform Sergei Ozhegov and Sales Manager Evgeniy Matyushonok representred the company at the exhibition.

We should remind that the main purpose of the business trip to London for SearchInform and other Russian companies was to find opportunities of foreign markets access and to attract new partners. A meeting with the British business community to a great extent contributed to the goal. This business community includes potential partners, customers, investors, consulting companies, and the mass media. The meeting was organised by the Foundation in collaboration with the Trade Delegation of the Russian Federation in the UK.

According to the Center for Economic and Business Research, the UK government has significantly increased the budget for the fight against cybercrime. However, experts agree that the primary responsibility and the costs continue to fall on the shoulders of business. Thus, it is necessary to use modern protection technology and improve computer literacy of employees. And Russian companies can favour this. “We believe that this meeting will lead to new ways of cooperation between Russian and British companies and joint projects", said Boris Abramov, Russian trade representative in the UK. “Participation in such conferences is a great experience,” says Sergei Ozhegov. “We have presented our security systems and noted the interest of potential partners and customers. We also got familiar with the peculiarities of doing business to promote Russian products in the Western countries and are ready to negotiate with much better understanding of the subject.”
