Access rights differentiation

Access rights differentiation system is implemented in SearchInform MailSniffer in the following way. You can customize the program in such a way that head of a certain department would have access to all e-mail messages in his department, while the employees can access their own messages only. The program’s flexible settings allow you to adjust this pattern according to your needs. For instance, heads of allied departments can have access to all e-mail messages of the employees in both departments as well as certain employees from other departments.

The administrator creates a list of mail addresses available for viewing for every user. Thus when searching for information only the letters from the registered addresses will be displayed in the output. In order to access the index created by MailSniffer Server every user has to enter a unique login and password.
