SearchInform Security Server traces advent of confidential information on the users’ computers and allows full-text search through it.

When installing SearchInform Security Server an agent-program is installed on all computers on the local network automatically. The program-agent transfers all information on all modifications taking place on user computers.

• SearchInform Security Server allows indexing all information available on all computers on the company’s local network.


• SearchInform Security Server traces all file modifications (creating, altering, moving files) on user computers in real-time mode.

In other words, as soon as a user has created or changed a document the agent-program sends its content to the Security Server. It indexes all incoming information and checks it for presence of certain key phrases. On finding a phrase a message is sent to the person responsible for security.
