The system constantly monitors the academic paper collections online. All the new papers, appearing on the Web get downloaded and added to the university paper databases.

All this data is placed into the paper databases, which are located directly in the universities, and indexed. In addition to the information downloaded from the Internet, papers submitted in each university from the network also get added to the database.
