Important words manager
Important words might be less frequently utilized during search as compared to stop words and stemming analysis, but they can considerably enhance the effectiveness of the search at every separate query by enabling to determine the subject of this particular searching session. Read more about Important words in the paragraph "What you need for a high-quality search?"The Important words dictionary is filled up with the help of Important words manager. It can be opened in the following ways:
- Menu "Options" - "Important words manager"
- Click the button
in the managers tool bar, if it is shown. This results in opening the following window:
It looks and functions similar to Stop words manager window.
The button
is for creating a new subject of important words. The button
is for renaming the selected subject. The button
deletes the subject and all the words belonging to this subject. 
this button allows to duplicate the selected subject, e.g. the same subject will appear in the list as the selected one, only its name will end with "(copy)". The following buttons allow to edit the words in the selected subjects.
entering an empty word into the list by recording it into an ordinary single-line window (as opposed to the Stop words manager). 
allows to change the selected word by editing it in the emerging window. 
deletes the selected word from the list without a confirmation request. 
exiting the Important words manager.
