Aside from the similar search technology’s main function, that is quick quality search for information in gigantic data volumes (texts, archives, databases), its internet-based features should also be mentioned. Take, for instance, development of a wizard system for all incoming correspondence and news, an essential tool for analysts from different companies due to its unique search for documents with similar content feature. The problem of spam in search engines is solved with the help of doorways (hidden pages with the keywords that redirect the user to the website’s main pages and are used to increase the rating of the resource in search engines), while the problem of e-mail spam is taken care of with the help of a more advanced solution of smart mail analysis, which is a lot safer than all already existing systems. Yet the most interesting and promising direction of SoftInform Search Technology development is the creation of a whole new search engine, the main distinction of which will be an enabled search not only by keywords, but also by similar web documents. This feature will add flexibility as well as convenience and quality to the search itself.  

All in all, we can with certainty conclude that the future lies in the lap of full text search for similar documents both in the internet and in the corporate search systems. Infinite possibilities of development, adequacy of results and the speed of processing queries of any volume put the convenience of these technologies on demand. SoftInform Search Technology might only be the first step in this field, but it’s an already working, unique and stable one that as of now has no analogues to match its features (which is evidenced by the functioning EA patent on this technology).
