SearchInform Features - Important Words

Sometimes when searching for information it is necessary to emphasize some subtopic in order to get the list of results, most fitting not only the query but also our preferences.

To this purpose SearchInform enables the “important words” function (auxiliary key words), which will be regarded of priority importance by the application during the additional similarity analysis.

The priority of important words means that when text documents of approximately same relevancy rank are found, the documents containing the so called important words will be closer to top in the list of results.

Depending on your primary current interest you can select those "important words" which will emphasize the necessary topic. This will enable making the information retrieval much more specific by limiting the search subject area.
