Utilizing SearchInform Enterprise (only the Corporate version) will solve the problem of information security.  This solution includes a software package that tracks information flows at the company and promptly reacts to any emergencies such as leakage of information out of the company or distributing sensitive information within the company itself through insecure channels. SearchInform Corporate Enterprise can index all available information in the local network and organize a single database. Documents on disks, informational systems, email and instant messenger (such as ICQ) messages – all is processed and checked for the indicated key words.

Information security can be provided, and information leakage problem can be solved by using one or several (depending on the size of the company) servers set aside specifically for this purpose, on which the SoftInform software is installed. After that all the computers in the local network are indexed (all disks, electronic mail, etc.). The specially developed monitoring program tracks the changes in the index updated automatically at set intervals. The program will draw the user's attention to new documents or messages that contain the key words and form a list of such documents for each user or computer.
