«Mini-Internet» with search ability

Any search engine indexes a gigantic quantity of information, and thus does it slowly, while announcing that will work with still more information. Besides the quality of search and its results leaves much to be desired. And it’s not necessarily the problem of the search engines themselves, but rather that of rapid Internet growth and thus the problem of systematizing it. Even if it’s possible to index the whole of Internet, it’s hardly that necessary.
